The role
This track sits inside the group's Intelligence function and feeds every brand. You will learn to map categories, benchmark salaries, and turn raw data into the market signal our Consultants and Principals sell on. In six months you graduate into a Research Lead or Consultant seat.
What you will do
- Map target sectors across the US and UK: companies, org charts, funding, hiring signals.
- Own salary benchmarking data for group tools including the Salary Benchmarker.
- Turn research into founder-grade briefings for Principals and clients.
- Feed the group's Elite EQ Intel and Market Intelligence surface.
What we are looking for
- 18 to 21 years old. Analytical, curious, detail-obsessed.
- Strong writing and comfort in spreadsheets.
- In-office five days a week during the programme.
Nice to have
- Interest in healthcare, HealthTech, or venture markets.
