Data & Systems Analyst

The role

You will design and run the group's data layer. Every brand generates deal, candidate, client, and pipeline data. Your job is to unify it, instrument it, and turn it into weekly signal for founders, brand leads, and investors.

What you will do

• Build and maintain the group data warehouse and reporting layer.
• Design KPI trees for each brand and roll them up into the group operating review.
• Own dashboards for pipeline, placements, revenue, and cash across every brand.
• Support the new investments team with diligence data rooms and post-deal analytics.
• Instrument the website, smart tools, and marketing funnel end-to-end.

What we are looking for

• 3+ years as an analyst or analytics engineer in a data-led business.
• Fluent SQL. Comfortable with dbt, Supabase, or an equivalent modern stack.
• Experience wiring CRM / ATS / finance data into a single warehouse.
• Clear communication. You can turn a query into a one-page memo.

Nice to have

• Recruitment, staffing, or professional services domain.
• Python for lightweight ETL and enrichment work.
• BI tooling: Metabase, Looker, Hex, Sigma.
