Founder in Residence

The role

You are an operator who wants to build. We will back you with capital, systems, brand infrastructure, and a network of operators. In 90 days you will pick a category. In 12 months you will be running a brand with your name on the door and the group behind it.

What you will do

• Diligence a shortlist of recruitment categories and select one to build in.
• Design the brand, GTM, and initial team plan.
• Hire the founding team from LAUNCH and external market.
• Ship the first 12 months of revenue and lay the foundations for a scaling operator brand.
• Run the brand as the operating CEO reporting to the group founder.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years in recruitment, executive search, or a founder / GM seat inside a services business.
• Deep category knowledge in healthcare, HealthTech, or an adjacent high-growth vertical.
• Track record of billing, hiring, or building at pace.
• Founder temperament. High agency, high standards.

Nice to have

• Prior P&L ownership.
• Existing operator or founder network.
