The role
The group is opening a founder seat to build a new UK-focused vertical brand alongside LAUNCH, Take a Seat, Scale Health, and Sentio. You choose the lane. We back you with capital, infrastructure and a founder peer group.
What you will do
- Diligence and select a category the group has not covered.
- Design brand, GTM, hiring plan, and first 24 months of operating cadence.
- Hire the founding team, including one Senior Consultant and one Associate from EQ Academy.
- Run the brand as operating CEO reporting to the group founder.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years in recruitment, executive search, or a founder / GM seat.
- Category authority in a UK vertical the group has not yet covered.
- High agency, high standards, founder temperament.
Nice to have
- Prior P&L ownership.
- Existing UK operator or founder network.
