The role
The group is backing a founder to build the US arm of our modern healthcare business. You bring the operator instinct, category authority, and network. The group brings capital, brand, systems, marketing, back office, and a founder peer group. In 12 months you are running a recognised US brand with your name on the door.
What you will do
- Own category selection inside US healthcare: modern medicine, HealthTech 2.0, digital health, or an adjacent lane.
- Design the brand, positioning, and GTM alongside the group marketing function.
- Hire the founding US team, starting with two Senior Consultants and one BD.
- Ship year-one revenue and prove the operating model for scale.
- Run the brand as operating CEO reporting to the group founder.
What we are looking for
- 7+ years in US healthcare, HealthTech or executive search.
- Track record of billing, hiring, or running a P&L.
- Founder temperament and category authority in the US.
Nice to have
- Prior GM or founder experience.
- Existing US operator network in healthcare or HealthTech.
