Founding GM · Take a Seat Tech (US)

The role

Take a Seat Tech is the group's product and engineering recruitment brand. We are backing a founding GM to launch and run the US arm. You will report to the group founder, operate with brand and back-office infrastructure from day one, and hold equity in the US business you build.

What you will do

• Own the US GTM for Take a Seat Tech.
• Hire the first three US consultants and one BD.
• Ship year-one revenue and prove US-side operating leverage.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years in product, engineering, or technology recruitment in the US.
• P&L or team-lead experience.
• Category authority and network across US Series B to public technology companies.

Nice to have

• Prior founder or GM experience.
