Group Operations Manager

The role

You will run day-to-day operations across the group. Systems, contracts, onboarding, supplier management, and the internal tooling that every brand relies on. If you love shipping process that removes friction, this is the seat.

What you will do

• Own the group tooling stack: Loxo, HubSpot, Xero, Ringover, Google Workspace, Supabase.
• Onboard every new hire and every new brand acquisition into group systems.
• Manage supplier and vendor relationships across the group.
• Own contract, SOW, and MSA templates in partnership with legal counsel.
• Run the group compliance calendar: data protection, information security, HR policy, insurance.
• Support finance with monthly close and quarterly reporting cycles.

What we are looking for

• 3+ years in an operations, revenue operations, or business operations role.
• Comfort configuring modern SaaS tooling end-to-end.
• High attention to detail and a clear written style.
• Discretion. You will handle sensitive commercial and people information.

Nice to have

• Recruitment, staffing, or professional services background.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, and finance stack integrations.
