Investment Associate

The role

You will support the Head of New Investments across sourcing, diligence, and portfolio work. Expect to run models, write memos, manage the CRM pipeline, and lead workstreams inside live deals. A route into a Principal seat within 24–36 months.

What you will do

• Source and qualify inbound and proprietary opportunities.
• Build financial models: LBO, DCF, roll-up, deal-structure scenarios.
• Write investment memos and diligence packs.
• Manage the deal pipeline in HubSpot / Affinity.
• Support portfolio operators with reporting, analytics, and cross-brand introductions.

What we are looking for

• 2–5 years in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or transaction services.
• Fluent financial modelling and memo writing.
• High output, low ego. Comfortable working across time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience in staffing, recruitment, or professional-services deals.
• Healthcare / HealthTech coverage experience.
