The role
The UK Principal seat at Scale Health. Own a UK book across mental health, neurodivergence, obesity and integrated care providers. Build the pod that follows.
What you will do
- Own a UK client base across modern healthcare providers.
- Run full-cycle search on senior and executive mandates.
- Build outbound and content motion into named accounts.
- Coach a Consultant and an Associate from LAUNCH within 12 months.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years recruitment or search with a strong UK billing record.
- Consistent £200k+ personal billings.
- Comfortable operating at founder / C-suite level.
Nice to have
- Healthcare, HealthTech, or clinical category experience.
- Retained search experience.
