The role
Scale Health places clinical, scientific and specialist talent into modern care and delivery models. As Principal you will own a US desk end-to-end, client development, senior candidate flow, and a small pod of consultants around you inside 12 months.
What you will do
- Own and grow a book of US clients across mental health, neurodivergence, and integrated care.
- Run full-cycle search on senior and executive mandates.
- Build repeatable BD motion: outbound, content, referrals, events.
- Coach a Consultant and an Associate within the first 12 months.
- Contribute to Scale Health thought leadership and market intelligence output.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years agency recruitment or executive search, with a US billing record.
- Track record of $500k+ personal billings across the last two years.
- Comfortable running senior mandates and pitching to founder / C-suite buyers.
- US work authorization.
Nice to have
- Healthcare, HealthTech, or life-sciences category experience.
- Retained or exclusive search experience.
