The role
Take a Seat Tech places product, engineering, data and design leadership into HealthTech 2.0 companies redesigning how care is delivered. You will own senior search across a defined client base of scaling HealthTech operators.
What you will do
- Run senior product, engineering, and design searches end-to-end.
- Build a named account list of HealthTech 2.0 operators across US and UK.
- Develop long-term senior talent communities in each function.
- Contribute to Take a Seat Tech content, events, and market reports.
What we are looking for
- 3+ years recruiting senior product, engineering, or design talent.
- Strong network in HealthTech, digital health, or high-growth SaaS.
- Comfortable pitching to founders and CTOs.
Nice to have
- Existing HealthTech client relationships.
- Executive search or retained experience.
