The role
Take a Seat runs executive search for commercial, operator and leadership hires across healthcare and adjacent categories. You will run retained mandates end-to-end for a defined client base.
What you will do
- Run retained executive search mandates from brief to placement.
- Develop a defined client base across healthcare, HealthTech, and adjacent categories.
- Own senior candidate mapping and long-list creation.
- Contribute to search methodology, IP, and case-study output.
What we are looking for
- 3+ years in executive search or senior contingent recruitment.
- Track record on retained or exclusive mandates.
- Strong senior-candidate communication.
Nice to have
- Existing healthcare or HealthTech client relationships.
