The role

LAUNCH is the group's pipeline for the next generation of recruitment operators. You will lead a pod of Associates and Consultants, own their coaching, their production, and their route into brand-specific seats across the group.

What you will do

• Coach a pod of 4–8 Associates and Consultants.
• Own weekly performance, coaching cadences, and progression reviews.
• Partner with brand leads across the group to route talent into the right seats.
• Contribute to the LAUNCH training curriculum and onboarding programme.
• Carry a small personal desk (30–40% of time).

What we are looking for

• 3+ years in agency recruitment with people leadership experience.
• Track record of developing junior consultants to Senior / Principal.
• Coaching-first management style.

Nice to have

• Experience running an academy, grad scheme, or training programme.
